Contact
One email address, no form, no chat window. Write to us and a person at the publisher reads it.
The address
There is deliberately no contact form on this site. A form would mean collecting personal information through the site, and Flint Digital is built to collect none. An email puts you in control of what you send and what you keep.

What is worth writing to us about
- A factual error, a broken link or something out of date on a page — include the page address, which helps enormously.
- A question about the affiliate arrangement, the publisher, or how something on this site was decided.
- A subject the site does not cover and should, particularly a symptom you could not find a straight answer to anywhere.
- Anything about this site’s handling of personal information, including a request under the Australian Privacy Principles or, where applicable, the GDPR. The privacy policy sets out those rights and the route if you are not satisfied with the response.
What we are not able to help with
Flint Digital is an independent publisher, not a vendor, a reseller or a support service. It has no access to anyone’s account with any software company, and it cannot act on your behalf with one.
- Product support, accounts, licences and activation. Only the vendor can see your account. Sign in at the vendor’s own site and use its support channels.
- Billing, cancellations and refunds. Same answer, and the renewals and refunds page sets out the order to work through and what to keep.
- Removing malware from a device, or diagnosing one remotely. That is work for your software vendor’s support team or a technician who can see the machine.
- Legal, financial or professional security advice. For consumer rights questions, the ACCC and your state or territory fair trading agency are the right starting points.
- Reporting a scam. Reports belong with Scamwatch or, for cybercrime, ReportCyber. A report to us achieves nothing that a report to them does not.
What happens to an email you send
It is read by the publisher and answered, or filed if no answer is needed. Messages are held for up to 24 months and then deleted. They are not added to any mailing list, are not used for marketing, and are not passed to any vendor, including the one this site links to. Please do not send passwords, licence keys, card numbers, scans of identity documents or screenshots containing them — none of that is needed to answer anything, and it is safer not sent. The privacy policy covers this in full.
